Very informative. Hopefully soon we won't need this app!

The killer feature in this app is the timeline with data continually updated. Not only can you look back (~20 years), but also see a bit into the future. The app is really easy to use. The perspective this app provides is truly incredible, even for someone who has tracked these issues for years.

Very nice way to educate myself and others on this issue. Hopefully we will see more blue on this map soon :)

Changes in Maine Dec 2012 are missing. Timeline play and implementation is poor.

Definitely a really neat app! Check out where states stand on the matter, where it may be changing soon, and interestingly view an animated history! Everything works perfectly and looks great!
