I am a busy mother that has trouble becoming motivated and staying fit. I really enjoy this app. It keeps me from over doing my squares but also has kept me exercising. I'm excited to hit two hundred!

Since training is not daily, would be nice to have a reminder flag on the app when time to train again. Some music would be a plus too.

This is a great program to those who are consistent , you have to stay dedicated to this program and you will see results. I have started May 12th 2014 on this program and I've been doing this everyday; I will not miss one day, if this company is interested I will be posting my before and after shots on Facebook after I stay with this program for 6months + hope you will see it one day,,, until then I'm on the fitness march, oh and please include a program for lunges as well thanks
