Bought the scanner - does not connect. I've tried to discover it endlessly. Menus in app are not very helpful.

It took me a while to get the scanner set up properly. My natural inclination was to have my new Viao PC connected to my wifi while trying to scan; this was not the case. Once I connected to the scanner wifi network everything worked fine! Now my PC, iPad, and iPhone are all connected to the scanner through Air Copy and I can scan documents right onto all of my devices. Perfect! 5 stars if: 1. you could scan to multiple devices all at one time instead of loading the page each time for each device. Kind of annoying... 2. you could save multi-page documents as one file instead of each page being a separate file.

Bought the scanner as an open item at Best Buy. Very versatile, easy to use. I use it with my Ipad, Laptop, Iphone and Surface pro 2. Very Clear. only issue is that you need to drop off your wifi and connect to the Air Copy Network. Would possibly be better as a Bluetooth.

The person on the end of the support line could care less about helping set up a wi-fi connection to help configure air copy..............you are on your own technically if you buy the ion air copy

AirCopy network showed up intermittently and only after 3 or 4 minutes of checking. After 9 or 10 tries it finally connected, but the unit turned itself off after 5 minutes despite a fully charged battery. Even when it was connected for several minutes, the App told me there was no Wi-Fi connection. On many tries, the Aircopy Network never showed up in the list of available wireless networks. These results happened on both of my HP laptops. Too much of a hassle; I'm returning this unit today.

What a piece of garbage. Won't work on Note 3 or Windows 8 PC. Pure JUNK. WIFI is connected on Windows 8 and software says it's not. On Note 3 says the signal is too weak and so won't connect.

Definitely not user friendly! Have to reconnect to Wi-Fi manually everytime you want to use it. Also, it would be nice if you didn`t have to name every document or photo.

Its a nice app, but it sucks that you have to rename every picture you scan even when you save them all to the same folder. So if you're scanning 100 different pictures to the same folder it defaults to 'picture' each time and you have to take extra time to add numbers. The file name should index automatically based on the files already in the folder. (i.e. picture1, picture2, picture 3, etc...)
