I can't agree with opinion that the application is useless. I looked for alternative of the original Anki for my Windows Phone and Tablet. After many hours of testing other apps I gave a second try to this application. It has some usability issues. The synchronization doesn’t work as expected and it sometimes freezes (I’d guess it has some JS threading issues)… BUT the application fulfills my needs. And YES, you can import the Anki Decks by visiting http://import.ankiapp.com (I’ve found this on the Support web).

I paid for this and quickly found it frustrating and pretty much unusable. Get Anki - it is a desktop app that is amazing. I use it every day. This is a knockoff of the real thing.

Migrating decks from AnkiWeb is proving to be damn near impossible, which makes this app completely useless and a waste of money to me.
