This app does not work, the sound is scrambled and the episodes crash after one minute. Waste of time and space, I will be deleting it and would NEVER recommend this app to anyone anywhere on the planet.

This app made me wonder if I could give a negative star rating. Video crashes, audio crashes, watching the same commercial over and over. Honestly, CBS, if you wanted us to NOT watch your shows, you've succeeded. And I don't think I could ever look at a Brookside snack ever again.

This app use to work well, but ever since they came out with the All Access App (which isn't available on Windows 8.1 the audio has been so bad that it is unwatchable. They need to either fix the audio or offer the All Access App.

This app needs an update because it simply doesn't work. You can't watch anything because it shows won't load and when it does, it freezes, skips, and crashes. Nothing about this app works

It is sad Microsoft is not working to fix and add more usable apps to the surface line up. CBS app worked great then Microsoft sent an update to the surface & now no audio on the app. Tried to delete & reinstall but that did not work. Microsoft is going down the drain

I am still waiting for the Supergirl pilot to be available on this app - it aired three days ago. Whenever I watch a show, I get nothing but bad sound and tracking errors.

I downloaded your app and for a long time it worked fine. Now the audio keeps cutting out and there are background noises or no sound at all. Is it me or you?

I keep having trouble with this app on my windows 8 pc. Freezes frequently and now the sound is messed up. Can't hear the words they are saying just squelching noises. So disappointed in the apps performance. Frequently have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work properly after I accept the terms.

All the other programs work, not my system. CBS is skipping and glitching? restarted manhole system still happening? do I need to uninstall, and reinstall?

Installed on windows 8.1 tablet. Had severe audio problems, broken and distorted. Apps display could not rotate between portrait and landscape. Useless on a tablet. You can go to CBS.com and watch with less headaches.

I use CBS all access all the time when I am in a browser, but I can't seem to find the sign in in the app itself. Why would I pay for something if I can't use it in the app?

This app is so cool I don't have TV to save money and I can watch Y&R, and B&B and other shows unlike ABC and NBC that I can't watch because you have to pay to watch shows. I love CBS.
