Enjoyed my experience with Android device and was excited to download Gospel Lib Beta App to Win 8.1. Taking the time to write review in hopes for an update that will fix glitch. Glitch- After selecting app from Start, it would load and open to home page, then selected bookmark from home page -it appears as if it is loading and then the app closes. I open the app again and this time I select scriptures from home page, then Book of Mormon, next 1 Nephi, Chapter 1 instead of loading scripture the app closes. Today is 8/17/15 and the last update on my device was dated 8/14/2015. Haven't used other features on app because I went back to using my Android. Highlighting features on Beta app is little more involved than the Android app. It would be nice if the app features were streamlined so that there the same regardless of what device your using. Especially, Win 8.1 which allows for touch screen. Thanks and looking forward to next update!

It will not download some of the books. It states they are in the wrong format. Mainly, Young Women's handbook and New testament Teachers guide in Semimary

I have Windows 8.1 and this app won't work. When I click it to open, it tries to open but automatically shuts down. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and nothing has helped.

Love this app. So easy and great to use. I like the beta version better than the original one.

The app gives me many of the options I enjoy when studying material. In the recent release I lost mouse and screen controls when I got into specific lessons. I am sure that this will be resolved as it is a simple coding issue.

I appreciate how aware the developers are of the strengths of Windows 8.1 and how they are building these strengths into this software. I have made recommendations and have had very quick and useful interactions with some of the developers. Finally there is a way for me to capture web addresses and hyperlinks to my notes, then being able to launch the browser from within the app without being forces to copy the address and paste in the browser window. I still have much to learn to harness this app for all my gospel study needs, but I am really enjoying the journey.
