Horrible software. Does not select the photo but scans the entire area and has to be cropped later. Unreliable. Loses connection to wi-fi.

sometimes it works - sometimes it refuses to connect with a general failure (good term); then a day or so later it may come back, but what choice do we have? Maybe another multipurpose printer manufacturer with more reliable software.

Installed the app, shutdown/restarted my computer and it DOES NOT WORK! Keep getting "General Failure". What a waste of my time and the printer is useless to me without the capability to scan documents. All around waste of money!

All I want to do is scan from my HP Envy 4520 to my computer. Is that so hard?!? What happened to the ALL IN ONE, as in ALL IN ONE program, ALL IN ONE printer and not having to download multiple "apps" just to get something to work?!? And even after downloading all of these "apps", it STILL does not work.

This app does not interface properly to Windows 10, it constantly crashes and loads improperly.

this thing is really bad I do not recommend. it to hard to install and It did noting to help

90% of the time it says DEVICE CANNOT BE FOUND. I have to turn everything off and then on 10 times before it works. VERY frustrating.

A 2.9 total rating? Really? Everything I had hard copies of I have changed to digital thanks to this amazing app. You can stop scans, replace the order of pages, and resume. Or you can scan everything in a mess and organize it the way you want it with a few clicks. Even rotate pages individually or several at once to match the others. I love this app.

this app is unable to link to my printer scanner from this computer, even though I can print to the printer from this computer. This HP Scan and Capture app was neither simple nor fun.

This App is undependable. I spend more time trying to configure it to work than I do actually scanning. Avoid if possible.

Apps should work consistently I have unfortunately installed this on three computers This one does not unless you shutdown everything, pray hard, and repeat about twenty times, then maybe just to keep you hopeful, it will work for a little while

Unable to scan documents in B&W

Works better than expected. Simple, easy. I'm not a fan of the app-ish layout instead of a normal file explorer window when saving a scanned file, since it doesn't allow you to make a new folder, etc. Otherwise it worked easily to my already-connected printer.

I love how it makes it so you can keep that picture for life.Anyone who does 4,3,2,or1 is crazy.

This program doesn't work at all as it scans and then doesn't look anything like what was scanned. It is a mess. It seems like Dell could at least get the program to work like it did with Windows Vista.
