  • Notes:
This update contains small bug fixes, including flashing listboxes on selection and the inability to select the same list item twice in a row. This update improves mapping, and changes circles on map to cyclone icons. May 27, 2013: Fixes a bug that causes the app to crash upon openning when data failed to load from a certain source. This update also fixes a bug in displaying storms in the Atlantic and East Pacific that would cause a debug message to appear when selected.

Don't waste your time with this app. There is no way to refresh the screen and it rarely updates on it's own. Will show the same old tracking data for days on end. Erika has been gone for 3 days but this app still shows it churning as a cat1 in the eastern Atlantic. Shows no information on Fred. What's the point of a hurricane tracker if you're not going to track hurricanes?

Overall I think hurricane tracker app is good What I like Is the ability to track storms in all basins at a glance What could make this app better The ability to zoom in with mouse on a active storm

I purchased this app 3 or 4 days ago, it still haven't installed, says it's pending. Beware if you are thinking of buying this app, it's not working.
