The Windows Explorer's built in FTP client works better, and it doesn't have ads. mFTP also doesn't connect to most FTP servers, doesn't work on Windows RT 8.1 or RT 8.1.1.

I don't understand the bad reviews? I set up ftp with my hostmonster account and it worked great! If you've played a lot with Windows 8.1 RT, like I have on my original Surface tab, it should feel really intuitive. At least it did to me. Can select folders or multiple files and bring them either up or down on Hostmonster. I didn't actual need it today but just for a test run after install app I pulled a file down to surface, edited in some changes, uploaded right back into place on hostmonster, went to load edited webpage on my website in explorer, and the changes were all good. There was no overwrite protection when I brought it back up to Hostmonster but I don't even think I get that with my old 2003 CuteFTP version I'm running on my Vista machine. Love it! Thanks Guys!!!

Upload von Dateien auf einen FTP Server ist nicht möglich!! Programm speichert Dateien auf einem Web Server und gibt diese an den FTP Server weiter. UNSICHER!!

not working for port 22 please add sftp

Using valid credentials it failed to connect. No visual feedback while attempting to connect, not explanation for failure. Attempting to connect while history window open caused crashes. No help file available. Selecting a stored server gives no visual feedback that it was actually selected or is attempting to connect. Help file might tell how to debug connection problems by informing how to toggle passive mode and other issues like that. Not ready for prime time at all.

No ssl, no port 22 (ssh)... not that cool.

Very unintuitive/uninformative design. Very few ways to truly work with files. If your host has a modern version of CPanel, it's better to just use their file manager on your mobile browser. Yes. It's that bad.
