I loved this app

These apps are the main reason I even use my tablet! They do more than any other app could ever offer. (I looked after I heard these were being removed). I know there's the desktop version but it's not the same. I would pay for the MSN apps. They are the reason I have started eating healthy and I started therapy and want to use the fitness app to track progress. Will they at least be replaced with another version? I think many people would agree these apps are very important to their healthy life.

I really enjoy the app platform, and think that it is perfect. Please don't get rid of the app like it is announced to do.

Really added value to the 8 tablets... will be sad to see it go. I hope MS reconsiders.

A nice, stylish and well designed app (no hamburger menus) for looking up recipes or even just admiring all the pretty pictures of grub. Of course Microsoft is discontinuing it. SMH

Teaspoons and grams? Ounces and milliliters? What stove in the US has temperature settings in Centigrade? Add a feature that switches US with Metric for all measurements. This is a list of nice meals waiting to be ruined.

This app is awesome. Ive been using this app for a while, not to mention the times I just browse for food ideas as a kid. I grew up with msn and windows. So there app are like second nature. I hope this isn't one of the apps closing. I want to stay with msn and windows but with all these changes idk where they might go next. If anything I hope there will be a function where I could download my own books and recipes with out manually adding them, like a pic or something.

This is a great app and it is unfortunate that it would stop. Even worse is the fact that there isn't many good apps in this segment on Windows Phone. So once this is gone, unlike android, this area would be highly lacking.

I loved the Food & Drink app for finding new recipes and ideas and ESPECIALLY for the hands-free use while cooking. I didn't use the diet log function very much because I was already using a different platform, but it did improve with time. The diet tracker is one function that the MS Band Health app really needs--a way to track/display calories consumed (not just burned). I'm going to miss this app a LOT!

When I'm in the mood for a picture of a burger sloppin' over pickles, beef, cheese (the works), a picture of a crispy, red hot stake, a picture of a fresh, fruity smoothie, or a picture of a dark chocolate cake covered with icing, this is THE app!!!!!!!!

Update 6/6/15 app was updated today, and yet I still am not allowed to rename the myaddedrecipes collection. C this team don't listen. Make that collection behave like the others.

Good app. Great for digitizing my recipes. It is convenient to have on both my PC and tablet for the kitchen. However, when I put pictures in my recipes they don't show up in the other device. Even if I store those pictures on my shared folder or on OneDrive.

I uninstalled, but it did not uninstall so now cannot reinstall. Just really bad. So sad they would put something so bad out there.

About two years ago, when it was Bing, the app was great. Since then, imported recipes can no longer be sorted into categories; lots of MSN recipes can only be imported, not added to collections; and today I find that well over half of the pictures in my collections have disappeared. I can no longer recommend this application.

I'm still in search of the perfect app for cooking. This does have a menu planned but it is awkward to use. It would be great if you could set it up by date so you could also see your history. The biggest complaint is if I am in a recipe, and go back to the start screen, when I go back in it auto refreshes the screen and I need to go find the recipe again. I t would be great if the live tile showed you the meal for the day.

So cool and then it quit working.

I have food allergies and food sensitivities. Why isn't there a way to make sure recipes don't have those foods that I can't eat? Other than that it's not that bad of an app.
