Still one of the best picture edition apps I have ever used.

This program is a waste of time. Every time I finish processing a photo and try to save it, the Program closes and I loose my work. Please don't waste your time, look for a different app to work with. I only gave it 1 star because I was forced to give it one.

I adore PicsArt,, nothing that I have used can compare.. alas I don't seem to be able to get it on my laptop with windows 8.1,, says it's there but it's not.. I use it in my jewelry business to edit photos about 100 a week.. The only thing I would love is if they got better clipart..

This is a great app!!!! I can really be super creative and I don't really have to by anything if I don't want too! Thank you! There are a couple bugs.....sometimes it will just shut off right before I am finished putting a border around my picture but the good thing is that is saves the work so you can just jump back into it.

I love the collage maker. I had some troubles with the other features but I need to work on it some more and practice but I mostly use the effects and collage.

This app gives you plenty of choices for editing pictures, it has an option to Edit, Collage, Draw On, and Put Effects on them. Which gives me the perfect options to make my photos amazing!
