When I go to work on my task and the timer is in the background it doesn't count. Useless.

I would appreciate it to have an alarm sound.
The interface design is perfect.

Great app but it need more helping stuff.
Some people complain about it here is the method:
Go to "change pc setting" >> "Lock screen" >> and there is
"Choose apps to work in the Background"

Only works for offline tasks? As an example - If you set a timer up and then switch to the Outlook Application in order to write an email, when you come back to the Pomodoro on the Rocks timer, it's been frozen in time. Leaving you without a clue as to how much time actually passed. Not sure if that's by design or just an unfortunate bug. Either way, not very helpful.

The app has really good design, however, it is not really functional. It does not run in the background as it is told in the description, and it does not allow to view activities history. 4 of 5.

I was expecting utilize this app in the background while I am working on the browser. When I went back to the app to see how much time is left, it was not even ticking. What???

I love the look of this and would use it exclusively but it's too hard to keep it going correctly. It needs to be able to run in the background

This program works great when you have it snapped to one side of the screen, as shown in the pictures, but if you minimize it so you can use your whole screen, it stops counting. When you swap back to it, it "pretends" that it's been counting down by taking a few seconds off, but it doesn't actually keep running in the background. So its useful when used right, but not very versatile.
