This app really needs help. Biggest problem is that the links for the different shows actually bring up a list of the wrong show. E.g. Trying to open Tech Week Today brings up Marketing Mavericks. Please fix this.

On desktop it plays different podcasts OK but they look too wide. If the Live option is selected all it does it open live.twit.tv in a browser! On a laptop it says Network error, the app could not connect to the server, and won't run!

This app earned 1 start for existing and being free, and got its second for accomplishing the task for which it exists. That about it has to its credit though. This app has very poor UI integration, and uses super low-res image source material that makes it ugly as sin. I expect a well-written Windows 8 app to fully support UI functions such as partial screen usage. Although the app can show video when snapped to the minimum partial (1/4?) screen, or 4:3 aspect ratio UI sizes, anything in between results in a video the same side as the 1/4 screen video. I was also unimpressed with the effort to make the interface pretty on high-resolution screens (as most people reading this would have). The UI feels clunky with low res images/backgrounds and large flat colored blocks for regions where text is displayed. As soon as I noticed these deficiencies I uninstalled the app and decided to go back to streaming through the browser. I would never pay for an app to access TWiT.

When you select a podcast, it plays the wrong one. Has apparently been that way for some time. Either fix it or remove it from the app store.

Show names are not launching the appropriate show. UI could be more efficient. If you have an Android device, check out the Twit.tv app for it.
