This is a great game in essence, but there are things that are very disappointing about it. First, it is so very very slow to load and sometimes freezes up. Then there are levels that can only be won by making purchases of special features. I really don't like the 'pay to play' idea in a free app, and have mostly avoided it, but recently I decided to break down and buy some 'gold' to enable me to get past a certain level. When I made the purchase, I was charged the money, but did not receive the gold. Disney said there was nothing they could do about it and that I should contact Microsoft. Microsoft said in-app purchases are Disney's issue, but they did refund my money. I will be looking for a new game to play.

What the heck is the matter with this app? It shuts itself off when playing. It takes forever to load, and when it does load, it takes for ever to move from one level to another. Not because of difficulty but the game is slow. Why? Its not my computer either! No other game behaves this way. I really enjoy this game and would like to see the problems worked out. But it is frustrating to say the least. Please fix.

MY favorite game ,but it responds too slow between levels and shuts down between levels and goes back to the start screen. I`ve had worse problems with this on Facebook.

I downloaded this game for windows 8.1, I love It and all, But It keeps kicking me out of the app. Please fix problem.! And I will be gladly to give It a 5 star rating.!

This came is a lot of fun. The only thing is that it does not work that well. You need to fix the problems with came. It sticks very badly, and will not shut down.

I play this a lot on FB and I really enjoy it , but this version of it has too many bugs. It wont let me use all the "tools" during My game, even tho I have paid for them. It makes me go back and redo levels I have already went thru and won. and occasionally freezes up for no reason. Fix the bugs and I'll be back.

This would be a nice, fun word game but for the fact that it loads TOO slow. I have played this game on Playdom's website which was much faster. I downloaded this app because I wanted to be able to play in a much relaxed style and also to not be able to wait until someone gift me passes to the next level.
