This app does what the default Photos app does not.
Stop an animated .gif and magnify each frame
Directly open .psd files saved with maximum compatibility from Photoshop
Open .tga and .dds texture files
Does not have any buttons to overlap with images as the default Photos
Can directly delete a file without prompt with the "Delete" key
The app does not force to associate image formats. Please right click on image to select "123 Photo Viewer" as the default app if you like it.

So far, so good. I have Corel X6 and cannot open PSD files. This is helping with that.
