THIS GAME WAS GREAT TO PLAY THEN IT STARTED TO FREEZE UP ON ME AND DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. PROBABLY WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING MORE FROM THIS NAME

Within the last few days, I have clicked on several free tile in many different games and it freezes like. Even though they are a match and free. I have to reshuffle most of the time. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I hope you can fix this. Carol email: NCchick569@aol.com This absolutely aggrevating. Someone needs to care about customers being happy.. I am very disappointed that I upgraded and you will do nothing to fix this. This has been and ongoing problem for others as well. DO SOMETHING NOW. I love this and play a lot. However I find it frustrating that when the tiles go up to shuffle they come back down with one or two matches available, then go up again - losing hope of beating my time. But the most frustrating is if they come down with no matches the game doesn't know what to do and freezes solid. The only way to play it again is uninstall and reinstall. If these are fixed I would give it eight stars. Love it otherwise!

Sometimes the tiles are locked, even when they are free. Other times I'm left with one tile and one empty tile with an x in it. There is no way to complete and not much fun when this happens.
