when trying to retrieve details of past reports, system come up with error message "Communication Error - Chek internet connection". I have access to webpages etc, just not historical reports on the app

Could not install on HTC Windows Phone 8X. Why does the app need delete rights to my photos? Cannot view photos in existing reports. I have a less than 6 month old Sony Vaio "All-in-One". App should allow me to upload a photo from my library not just directly from the camera. Also, app should allow me to add an existing report to my reports list so I can follow its status rather have to look it up each time I want to check. Great idea just needs more work and fine tuning (imho).

As it stands now, Civic Hero is of limited usefulness. When making a report, you are forced to choose from a small subset of reportable problems. Water Main breaks, sinkholes, and washed-out walkways are not reportable. That said, the user interface is spectacular, easy to use, and easy to understand. Quite frankly, its one of the best designed apps in the store. I just wish I could use it more often.
