1st time I actually downloaded something ,enabled ,disabled and installed something and got it to work by myself tons of cool stuff too pick from. very pleased and enjoying everything easy to understand

One concern is that Axilesoft has three different time tile apps that seem to be largely the same, this app, "CLOCK'", along with "Clock Tile DIY+" and "LIVE Tile Clock Free - Win8". CLOCK' and Clock Tile DIY+ have the same install size, but LIVE Tile Clock Free - Win8 is a bit smaller. Nonetheless, they all seem to be about the same.
What in the world would be the reason for these three apps that are basically the same? Different names so that different searches will result in at least one of Axilesoft's apps? There might even be more that I didn't stumble across.
But again, the free versions do have limitations and you really cannot customize much without paying for an upgrade.
I haven't tested CLOCK' enough to know if one has to re-build the tile periodically to fix it as other reviewers have stated. If that is the case, then I will either make my own time tile app or find another one.

Use this app with caution. When I installed this app, immediately a message came up from my virus program saying "The file C:\Users\{username]\AppData\Local\Packages\41038Axilesoft.ClockTileDIY_wxjjre7dryqb6\LocalState\999.jpg is infected with Exploit.Win32.MS04-028.Gen. The virus has been successfully blocked and your PC is now safe."

it has tons of advertising it takes you to while you go to the update it says you need? and you must rebuild tile a lot to keep this app working. I think for a clock it is slow to load, it is cute and I wish it worked better!!

Many types to choose from. Don't have to switch screens to see what time it is. Be sure to select the correct format ie military time in 24 hours or clock time.

I like this clock and even though I am having to "rebuild" more times than I care for, I put up with that because I like the many different options and styles that come with it. If I didn't have to "rebuild" it as often I would absolutely give this a five star rating.. But for now I will continue to use this clock as it is the best I have found for my personal needs. It has a great selection of backgrounds, able to customize it to my tastes. So all in all I do love this and would recommend to anyone looking for a awesome clock on their start screen

I really wanted the time of day on my Start Menu and after looking at several this was my choice. Love the seasonal changes on the tile.

Functionally, it works well.
Aesthetically, it is a disaster. There are >90 themes and ALL of them are extremely garish! There is not one single understated design that looks good on the modern Windows Start Screen.
My wish is for a flat design showing the time only in something like Helvetica font with understated colors. That's it!

I get really annoyed by how I have to rebuild the clock tile every few days just to keep it working. Why can't it just function without me tweaking it? Uninstalling.
