Very good resource for workout routines. Easy to follow instructions and videos. The only downfall I've come across so far is I tried to download the full app for $5.99 but it wouldn't download. Oh well, the free version still has plenty of workouts to follow for now.

I was looking for a good exercise app that would really engage me! This one certainly did! There was one intro routine to each workout group, and you can work out ranging from 5 min to 10 min on each group. You have to pay to get the rest of the routines, but I don't mind that. It's no different than a gym membership. I also love how it tells me how many calories I burned for each day, and the whole week. All in all, well done!

It does come with some free workouts but most of them you have to pay extra for.... kinda annoying... :(
