This is a great product, works exceptionally well with pen enabled tablet, but does not require it. I use it almost every day.

Most useful program since the old zebra millipens that I used with paper schematics and drawings years ago. Can't annotate PDFs like the old paper ways. This is the closest I have found to that method. Couple of things I would like to see changed, but overall a very useful item for anyone needing to make notes or otherwise mark up on the fly.
I have tried other programs and just not as happy with them. Have not wanted to buy Adobe just to see if I would like it. You can do the same thing in note, but you have to print the PDF to it and then write all over it. But the notes are not saved in your original PDF, not as efficient. So far this one has been the most useable for me.

Great App for note taking and sending comments while on the road and traveling! As a Regional Financial Controller, I receive numerous PDF Files on a daily basis and this allows me to quickly make notes and observations for the operations team to take action on.

This app fulfills all my inking/annotation/highlighting needs and is better than several other PDF applications I have tried. It seems reasonably stable so long as you don't open too many documents at the same time, and the layout is very convenient.

Needs a "lock zoom" feature for percentage zoom, not only for the presets ("fit page width" etc). Needs a "lock orientation" feature.

I grade lots and lots of papers. This app is as good as the app I used to use with my iPad and the stylus of the SP2 is heads and tails above the capacitive stylus of the iPad 3. Drawboard was perfect 18 months ago when I first got my SP2 and it just keeps getting better. Service is VERY responsive to issues.
Truly -- you get what you pay for and Drawboard is worth every penny!!!

I've been using this for a year. I read a lot and use the app to mark up the documents. No stability issues, ink, highlighting, stamping, and text options all work well. Very much fulfilled my needs & expectations.

I switched to Draw Board because I needed to maintain the little space I had on my SP3 (taken up by OneNote). The transition has been easy, and saving everything on OneDrive means that I don't take up any room on my surface! Highly recommend.

I have used a variety of PDF readers and editors (including the most recent Adobe Acrobat DC). I still prefer Drawboard PDF on my Surface Pro 3 as it is efficient, simple, and reliable, and serves all of my purposes including reviewing articles, editing my manuscripts, peer-review of other manuscripts, and editing proofs.

I used this for grading scripts and the ability to put notes in multiple forms from handwriting to text is very helpful. I may go paperless because of this app,

Great app! Love using it. Worth the $10. Drains battery the battery a bit on my Surface 3, but that's too small of a complaint to lose a star over.

Great note taking app. It'd be awesome if there were more pen options (i.e. brushes, or calligraphy pens) for the more artistic souls. Super awesome app though!

I used to print out PDF articles for work and school and even crocheting and knitting so I could highlight, make notes in the margin, etc. I can do this on my tablet so easily now.
so many choices of highlighter and pens and you can highlight text to copy it.
love this app.
