Game is a hack and slash with a poor story line but still can be fun and addictive. Unfortunately, my character has disappeared twice. First time, I didn't mind as my level wasn't too high and I was still learning, second time I lost a high level character with all the gold, gems, and gear lost. Don't waste money purchasing the game as when it will wipe your character you will lose everything. Game doesn't crash, just finished playing, closed game, and randomly opened next time and intro starts playing and all characters are wiped and game prompts you to make a new one. This is a critical bug, and gameloft has not acknowledged this issue. There is actually no way to even report it as on its website it only allows one to select iOS or android for contact form. Don't waste time, avoid until this issue is fixed.

Within the first few minutes, I was already hooked. Incredible job guys, bravo. However, I don't and can't find the update you guys are talking about. I'm on windows store right now and there is zero updates available for this app only, while my others have updated fine. And now a crash has "erased" my game data which includes 3 characters and a purchase of 2500+ diamonds -______- PLEASE FIX. UPDATE 2/4/14 Been waiting for Gamelofts reply for about a week now and still nothing. In the mean time I played the game anyway to test out warmage because I didn't have one in my real account. AGAIN IT CRASHES AND DELETES EVERYTHING (level 12 warmage I believe, which doesn't really matter but only makes me DISLIKE this game even more so. Gameloft taking their sweet time to respond doesn't help.

The game was really good until it updated and deleted my character. Characters should be saved in a separate location than the game so that its not lost when the game updates. If you can fix this problem then I may consider downloading again.

I'm unable to play this game. After the clip, it goes to character selection and shuts down. I have tried to reload it, but the same thing happens. Any suggestions?

and it doesn't save progress when it crashes....and I can't synch to DH4 on my iPhone...and its not free....there are in app purchases needed to have any good weapons.... there are levels u can't enter

Make progress and then take a portal and it is all gone. All items collected/crafted/merged simple amnesia.

Great except for random crashes at really lame times like half way through end bosses and the game will just go away so that you have to start the chain all over. Typical pay to play model designed to suck as much cash as possible out of you rather than just let you buy the game and play it.

Honestly, the graphics and the game play is awesome but a major flaw is that there is hardly anyone online for multiplayer. Once in a full moon I might get the chance to play against a hacker who is 7 levels below my player and will wipe me out with one hit. Now I figure maybe the reason there are not any players online is because I am in Brazil and Gameloft doesn't want to connect Brazil servers with the U.S. I put a lot of real money into this game just to play against hackers??!! I guess I have to wait till I go back to the U.S. to play multiplayer. Total B.S. Gameloft, choke yourselves!!

Yet another fun game, that I'd pay for, that tries to milk its fans crystal by crystal. It seems eventually that players will be forced to purchase crystals in order to advance the story, at which point I'll look for other entertainment. However, the most glaring issue are the bugs. Most will simply crash to the desktop; however, sometimes you can lose all your characters. I've already lost two 20+ characters, and that bug in and of itself will stop me from purchasing anything. Edit: seems like a lot of the bugs have been fixed.

This would be a great game if you did not lose your character after the game crashes. Several times I have lost my character after the game crashed and reporting the problem to customer support was useless. If this problem can not be fixed the game should be pulled from the Microsoft Store. Update: My level 30 character has been lost. I do not understand why this issue can not be fixed.

This is a really fun game, very addictive!!! Two drawbacks: The main drawback is the limitations when not connected to the internet. Also, some of the achievements can only be made by purchasing a specific level weapon which is a cheesy way to push people to purchase items.

The game has an enforced tutorial. Meaning that you can't turn it off. The tutorial isn't done all at once. That means even even after you beat the first boss you'll come along another tutorial when you'd rather be doing something else. On top of that there are cutscenes upon cutscenes. In the first hour of playing this game I swear I was actually playing the game maybe 25-30% of the time, while the rest was spent during a tutorial I couldn't stop or skipping more cutscenes. And all this is without even taking the game's pay2win format into consideration. These days I have little patience for such things. Give me a game with an upfront fee, none of the in-app purchase bullshit and no enforced hand-holding tutorial.

I have a Windows 8.1 Pro x64, quad core system with a 2GB GDDR5 Radeon 7850 and 8GB of RAM + an SSD and somehow DH4 lags like it's running on an old school Intel integrated GPU. Gameloft's quick-to-market game strategy brings with it an awful game engine and horrible optimization.

There is too many bugs in this game still. fix all the issues and release an update that works would be nice. Until then 2 stars max.

Really like the game, but my primary complaint is the completely unpredictable glitches. The game has a number of time sensitive challenges that require items you must purchase with gems that often require purchase. I'll complete the challenges on the weekend and expect to receive the rare charms and they will not appear. Also, there are way too many "waiting" periods meant to drive game revenue by pushing players to buy in-game credit. The final gripe, the game deleted my saved level 70 character. Horrible glitches!

its an ok game. gems are hard to come by unless you $buy$ them and even if you do the dramatic increase in the amount you need as you level up is ridiculous. other than that, the dungeon crawling is fun and the game play is alright. 1st skill point being forced to be used on a pretty useless ability imo is annoying but its still not bad. definitely worth a download, not worth buying anything with real money.

Good game, would give 5 stars if it did not crash so much. Also need a better free way to earn gems.

DH 4 is one of the best ones i have played so far, one of the main reasons is there is almost an actual campaign, plus health pots regen! (unlike DH5). I also enjoyed the copied sound of completing side quests ( F.Y.I the sound is from Diablo 3) Hopefully they'll keep updating the game with tons more stuff!
