I cant believe the selection. Not to mention, the basic version is free. Please don't take this away, Microsoft.

Today is the first time I am using your app and I am unhappy about it. It does not play the movie when I hit the play button even after many attempts. I got frustrated and tried the preview button several times until it eventually played the movie trailer. I tried again to play the movie but no success. Please try to fix the problem.
