This could be a great program, however due to the stupidity of Microsoft it will never be reliable as an alarm clock.
The claim that it is (was?) the only alarm that could wake a tablet PC from sleep seemed to be true. Even the alarm clock program that came with the great 8.1 update cannot wake up most tablets even when on connected standby. And believe me, I tried ALL the alarm programs and it was the only one that worked--at first.
I am very careful to set up the program as instructed (nighttime mode, etc.) Unfortunately, it only works a few days in a row and then stops. Which is a shame because when it works, it's great. However, either the app is way too sensitive and the slightest deviation throws it off, or it is being taken out by the frequent Windows updates. I have gotten it to work again by reinstalling. But that is too much trouble and not worth paying for.
BTW, I used the support form to contact the developer and never got a response.

This app is one of the best designed alarm clocks out there for the windows RT platform. The only thing missing is the ability to set up exceptions on alarms for holidays and special alternating weeks. I only have to get up early every other Friday, and not on the fourth of July. Kind of a set it to my lifestyle option.

Great app for morning alarms, nap timers, and setting a sleep timer. Small thing that could make it better would be a way to import playlist files for the sleep timer.

Unfortunately, the app failed at working while the tablet is in sleep mode; the exact purpose for which I bought the app. I really needed this to work. Very Disappointing.

Great feature ideas but you can't count on them to work. Tried to suspend the weekday alarm for one day -- the alarm still went off. Also the weekday alarm occasionally sounds on weekend days (today).

The app consumes 20-30% battery life overnight when an alarm is set and device is in sleep mode. On the contrary, windows 8.1 alarm app only consumes 1-2% power.
This behavior is tested on a Baytrail and a Haswell tablet. Please fix.

Very smooth and smart design. Perfect concept. The app design is logical smart, simple, and visually attractive because it is simple.
Update: The weather Celsius (metric) option is not working anymore. Everything else is fine!

At first glance this looks like an awesome alarm app. However, as soon as I put the surface into sleep mode the alarm goes off but no sound. Until, that is, I take the surface out of sleep mode. The Weather and news widgets don't work properly and are a waste. 1 star out of 5... and really too bad. This was an app I really wanted to purchase.

I have tried several of these desktop alarm clocks. They all have + or -. Overall, this is my favorite. The alarms are great and fool proof with lots of options. I don't really use the nap timers and I don't know anyone who does. However, with a little modification these nap timers could be great "pill" timers for when to take medications. I would like to see this done. There seem to be no good medication timers. I use a MS Surface Pro with no problems. Also works with 2ed screen.

I have an iPad, Android and Windows tablets so I have tested and used many Alarm Clock Apps across those platforms. This App has the best features and beauty out of any other app I've used (across all platforms!). Very easy to program with way more features than a $2.50 app should have. Kinda makes me wish I had a 'spare' windows tablet just to hang on the wall with this app running 24/7.

The interface is simple and beautiful. The array of chimes and themes is diverse. The alarm options are many.
The night mode does not work as advertised. If the alarm can't wake my tablet from sleep mode then it is of no use.

My Surface RT is my alarm clock and bedside media device. This app gets more use than any other. I love the display settings so I can keep it really dim (don't want to anger the wife). Also love the order and math tests to make sure I'm actually awake. Starting in the last few weeks I've experienced a major issue with the app. I get horizontal green bars that obscure the entire screen. Fortunately it still wakes me up; however, I can't snooze. A reboot fixes temporarily. Please investigate. Thx

I have been using another alarm app but it had to be in the foreground to work. This one has so many features and options. Well worth the money I paid for it. Many different backgrounds and several alarms sounds. I tried several other alarm apps and this is the best one by far. The trial last for one week and I was able to use all the functions that I wanted before buying the full version.

It looks nice, it has all kinds of options, themes, sounds,-- all the bells and whistles and responsive support. Works fine on my yoga 13 Win 8 machine. Worth the cost. Hope it helps dev continue to work on this & other win 8 apps
