why isn't there a menu with game options?

There are no options to stop movement of the cards, save game on exit, change names of players, no percentages given. I have played so long that I now play for percentages. Do not like this setup at all.

Midway through the 1st game it crashed. It plays fast. Doesn't show scores during play. The cards are spaced too close together.
