I paid for a year subscription to a magazine and for the first three editions it worked great now I cant read any new publications. what a waste of money

There is no sign-in option to log into your Magzter Gold account and view magazines. Your only option is to buy individual copies or subscribe. I sent an email to support and no response received. Just use a browser, this app does not work.

my purchased magazine not opening from 3rd page. it is not loading at all from third page.

My gold subscription is not reflected in the app. That means the app is totally useless.

log in via the charms bar was not intuitive, but the FAQ on their website helped. the interface could use some attention, but it does the job. Thank you for having a windows app!

Very basic and poor application that relays on Windows Charm even to text search for a magazine! Please, add a search feature and some filters that are clear for everyone: categories are always too personal to be useful while looking for a magazine... There is a long way to go before the app is really useful. Revised after a bit of use (removed one star): apparently there is no connection between what you do on the website (including the magazines purchased there) and the App. What you buy through the website can't be read through the App? Is there a way to see the cover date of the past issues of the magazine? Do I need to open them one by one? why only 20 preferred magazines can be selected? Don't be scared: you only have to store a few more IDs, it's not the end of the world...

I bought a subscription to Maxim in feb for 12 issues & it downloaded feb & march but the only thing ive been able to get for the next 2 months are the cover and nothing else!!! help!!!!!

Until now, the app is still not recognizing gold subscribers. This is penalizing gold subscribers with windows tablet. Yet, they can still advertise that they have windows 8 app for reading.. this is not acceptable.

I guess I didn't read the description well enough. Even though you download an issue you have to have an internet connection to view it. Also the pages aren't sized correctly for my Surface. I constantly have to zoom out to see the entire page in landscape format. Right now I can't even download issues.

I like that my gold subscription offers me many magazines I would read for if they were cheap. It works fine on my phone, works well on the web but the app just plain is useless. Buggy, doesn't allow me to read beyond a four page preview. Just plain bad. I would like to be able to read offline on a bigger screen like the description says I can with the windows app but it doesn't work. Even if it did work it looks like this is an app put together by an idiot. Hopefully that idiot reads this review and comes over so I can kick him in the a** for being an idiot who writes apps that doesn't allow searches, doesn't open to the readers library, etc... Basically, this app is not worth downloading and Magzter should be ashamed for even pretending to have an app. It will cost them my membership if not fixed very soon.

I would give it 0 stars if it would let me. This is no more than a crappy demo. It doesn't work with your subscription at all. Need to use Magzters website instead.

Why bother to have a Windows Store App if you wont let users that HAVE PAY for a subscription log to the app and see there subscription .... Waste of time.... just go to your browser in Windows 8 and read it from there

Windows 8 app Sucks. Logged into account and still can not read any magazines. I have the gold member ship. It keep staying I have to buy the magazine to read them. It will only show preview 4 pages

This app is horrible. There is no method (at least not that I can see) to add/edit your account information. I purchased a Gold subscription which gives you access to all the magazines on Magzter. However the app doesn't recognize this and only shows a preview of the magazine. Pretty frustrating. I am awaiting a response from Magzter but in the meantime the Windows 8 Magzter app is useless.

Even after signing into my account. I'm unable to view any magazines within my Magzter Gold Subscription.

I downloaded the app and was able to create an account from within the app. After this, I was not able to find a way to actually buy a subscription, which I believe is counter-intuitive for the company. Why make it difficult to actually buy a subscription to the service? Once this is updated and I can actually read a paid magazine subscription through the app I'll give 5 stars.

Too buggy esp. With orientations

I have no issues with my Android tablet, but I see no way to login using the Windows 8.1 App. I even searched the store details and website and there's no FAQ page or a how-to. It's pretty much useless on my laptop. Sure would be nice if somebody from this company would review these comments and put up a FAQ page to help it's users.

You can only buy new Content via the app. I am not able to access my subscriptions that I have already bought

I purchased 6 magazines for 1 year. I cannot read none of them except preview pages on my windows 8.1 pc. If you don't have an Apple Device Don't buy any magazine from Magzter.

This app is horrible. Very frustrating when you can only read every other page.

No way to search or log into your account from windows 8. How did it get approved with this flaw which renders it useless?

Every time needs to download magazine. Provide an Offline option too. Reading is not intuitive in not touch PC

I have a Magzter account and have paid subscriptions to a magazine through it. However, I just cannot sign in to this app to access the magazine.

I bought the European Cars magazine 12 month subscription after downloading a 4 page preview. I am unable to download the rest of the magazine. No response from the support team at Magzter
