As MS Photo for Windows 7 doesn't allow you to choose different folders besides the built-in list, I'm looking for a simple photo viewer that will allow choosing which folders you can view. Alas, no matter what folder you choose in My Photo Viewer, it doesn't display any images.

Very bad... Resizing every picture takes ages. And not even big ones (2560px)
