The app would be fine other than the fact that it crashes so frequently. I would suggest just using the MSN News app instead.

The app works fine for me, however the font is too small, and cannot be adjusted.

why not try incorporating an "instant" casting icon to TV... :-)

It's May 13 and the Nightly news section has Brian Williams picture on it. Really ? whose in charge of this stuff?

I can get my local weather here on WLBT Jackson,MS and love it.

This app isn't bad, but I get more coverage just visiting their YouTube channel. The podcast just announced today that it was being discontinued, for those of us who can't afford cable bills, and live too far out to receive OTA signals reliably, online video is our only connection to news. This app doesn't even give you the Nightly News broadcast, just one or two videos from it. Heck, I'd be perfectly happy if they included commercials in the video feed, if it meant being able to watch a broadcast. Hopefully there's an update coming, otherwise, I'll have to get my news somewhere else. Update: Now that NBC News has discontinued their podcasts, you'd think that MTP, Today, and NN full episodes would appear here. The notice in the feed is that you can watch them in the iOS and Google Play store apps; so why not here? This app is now useless. Get the CBS News app instead, where you can stream CBSN live.

I also subscribe to NBC Nightly News (1 email every day) I'm kept up to date of the latest BREAKING NEWS, both US & WORLD ... * still too many Ads NUFF SAID

Used to love this app, but you can no longer watch full broadcasts of Nightly News. Now you can only see one promo clip for the news each night.

Decent enough app, but forgetting the science section is inexcusable.

Nightly News is no longer playing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling via the store but it is still not working properly. Needs Attention.

Videos don't work. I've clicked on dozens of videos and they all say: "Video can not play right now." Sports are non-existent. Apparently NBC doesn't think Sports is news. Quite often clicking on news story goes to a blue screen.

Just not worth the time to install. NBCs "solution" offers nothing that stands above the rest.

why the same news for days

Live tile updates is not working perfectly. A news app is blind without live tile updates. Fix it as soon as possible.

Pretty good would have given it 5 stars but their videos for their shows are out of order.

I would give this at least 3 starts except for the fact that live tile never updates. Very annoying.

The app works but if you want actual news skip this app. If you want TMZ worthy "news" then this app is for you.

used to kave it but after reboot the computer disappear
