Yeah can't use it if the database it tries to access for login can't be found. I can find this database from other computers, but not this one. App doesn't work from this tablet all the time either. Other computers I use connect to this service using the account info I entered and then sometimes it all works . . . MMMM, sounds like an Administrator needs a little refresher EDucation courses in S/W mgmt

I have this app installed on different devices and it works fine, but to no surprise the Windows app is the one to suffer. My cable login is never remember and required each time I use the app. Something that doesn't happen on any other similar apps. Also sometimes the app won't even be able to play a video and fails, while I have the same video playing on my other device. A big company like NBC should be able to keep up their apps, just like they do on iOS and Android.

Do not receive voice of the play by play!!! Crowd noise and commercials play fine.

I've been trying and trying to use this app to watch PL games and every time I click on a game it says video playback failed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app. Complete waste of space and time. Thanks for nothing NBC Sports.

It is nice when it works. Unfortunately it rarely works and when it does there are serious issues. I am so beyond frustrated with this app right now.

I hope the cable companies have tickets to all events their employees, another App that needs the cable company to say I can use it. If I had cable, I would watch this on TV, but I don't. Why NBC wants to give me a free app, while I pay the cable company to say OK, should not even be legal. NBC would get the same pay from Ads on here as they would me watching TV. This is going to be the downfall of a lot of sports, why People like NASCAR allow this I don't know. Oh well, I guess it is back to the free radio again this week.
