In the insurance world, processing claims often takes place outside of the office – at an accident site, a repair shop or a customer’s home. That means a lot of back and forth to the office for processing claims, and lost productivity. Now, thanks to the OnBase Field Adjuster App, claims adjusters can deliver an improved service to customers thanks to real-time access to data and documents. They also receive up-to-the-minute information on claims, helping increase satisfaction rates further.
Claims adjusters are able to access their claims, all through the app, by connecting to a secure server linked to their existing OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) solution. Claims can be browsed by assigned queue, or searched across all queues by using the Search Box. The claim dashboard will display the keyword data and images of documents and photos that have been attached to that claim for quick and simple access.
The OnBase Field Adjuster App allows claims adjusters in the field to work claims real-time through capture, storage and data sharing capabilities to enable real-time collaboration, provide faster claims resolution, resulting in higher customer satisfaction ratings with lower loss ratios.
This app will be installed in preview mode, which allows browsing of hard-coded sample data to sample the app's features.
To gain access to live data, use the Settings Charm to enter the URL of your company's OnBase mobile broker server. This app requires OnBase 13 or later.
