This app is sometimes helpful. However, if I want to book a restaurant in the future, it may not be anywhere near my current location. Now Open Table will not let me enter a city to make a choice. This is ridiculous and Orwellian.

We love this app and regularly use it to plan evenings from tablet & mobile platforms. I would STILL love to see some sort of integration with Microsoft Outlook/Outlook.com Calendars to 'share' or push the information to the calendar after making a reservation. The OpenTable mobile app, allows the user to add the event/address/dining details with my Windows Phone calendar, but this Windows App version does not allow the same capability in Win8.1. Very frustrating.

It says location services are off...yet it's working off location and finding reservations near me...it says live tile is off...yet it showing available reservations via the live tile...weird...

This Window 8 app does not connect to my account correctly. It is difficult to, if not impossible to change the settings. I just gave up using it.

Opentable is a great, allows you alter you choices based on who ,what ,when, or were your dinning experience is needed. So many great things about this app. Do install, plus you get to read the feedbacks from the restaurant, from people like us, and they do post the good, bad, and the ugly. D.

Doesn't seem to have a filter like the one that works on android devices. You cannot filter by location, you have to know one to select it for a search. You also cannot select special deals such as 1000 points only. Its prettier but not as functional.

1st, it wouldn't use my location, even though use my location was set to on in Permissions. Second, I wanted to sort my search by ratings, but couldn't find either a sort or filter function. Other functionality also missing. I'm going to delete this app and just use opentable's web version from my browser.

Since OT went public and is now run but a giant company everything about it is just horrible. Customer service no longer exists they way it did before and they keep tweaking the booking site and apps. Now the site and apps are clunky and unwieldy. You not longer have control of the reservation process. For example, you cant sort by 1000 point restaurants on the app. Further and worst of all, on the web site,, you no longer can pick multiple areas within an area. Bring back the old app & site.
