PBS has a great selection of shows for children. My children absolutely loved this app until around mid March 2016 when the app began to fail to work. I have it installed on multiple windows 8 OS computers and on fire stick TV and both no longer works. All computers apps are updated and so is my fire stick TV. Requesting an update to make it functional again.

Love it! This App is HD and it works perfectly. You just need wifi and there you go. One thing is that when you travel out of the USA it doesn't work. I also love that new episodes come out every Friday. Hope This Helps!!

My son is disabled and at age 2 gets a little to say the least bored with traveling. When we're in the car he's got the I-Pad and in the hotel room and other places, he's got his "Big Screen" as we call it. Works out great. I've been a fan of PBS since I was a kid. Great programming generation after generation.

This is the perfect driving companion for road trips with kids! The phone app is great as well--so one can use the phone, and one can use the tablet....

Finally the PBS KIDS Video app is on Microsoft store I've been looking everywhere for this app and now I have it. This app for me works even better than YouTube because I can see it clear on my windows RT. It works perfectly just the only thing I don't like is if you go back to the home screen and want to see the show that you where watching, if you had it paused it goes back to the beginning. So that's what I think of this app. It is an awesome app. I LOVE IT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!

We love PBS very much and are very happy for this app, but there is one concern... when we are watching an episode for example Arthur lets say you watched half of the episode then exited the app and when you returned a few hours later you wanted to finish the rest of the episode, but you would have to watch the whole thing again, can you have one of those bars which lets you see how much theres left and how much you've seen? It would be very helpful... Otherwise this app is the best!

We have been using this App on our Kindle Fire since my 2 1/2 year old was 1 or so. She has loved it from day one and she loves it even more these days because she can navigate in the app by herself now. It is extremely kid-friendly with bright colors, all the favorites from PBS Kids, and the icons, etc. are large so my little one doesn't have any trouble selecting what she wants by touch. Whoever their developer is is a young child-conscientious, talented developer! This app is a MUST HAVE for anyone with young children!!

This app has been great for my kids. However, the UI is pretty bad for a PC/ tablet. It seems like the developers created the UI for the Windows Phone app and didn't change it much at all for the Windows app. Other than that, the app has been great.

It is a good start. The video play turns into a full screen mode when you "touch" the playing area. Not quite intuitive. I hope Microsoft dictates some consistent gestures for video operations. Not sure whether infinite horizontal scrolling to find an episode or clip is a great idea. I understand that is "considered" one feature of Metro UI but maybe there is a better UI layout design?

I like the one on a I pad

I like it but some times when I click on one video it plays a different one and they don't have the episode from electric company guest starring tiki Barbar

I love the idea of watching full episodes of my favorite shows from Cyberchase to Curious George but there is no time line so I can't go from one scene to the other also every time I leave the app and come back to finish a show it will glitch and I will lose my place in the show

I have this app on my surface pro and Nokia icon. I can play videos on my phone, but not on my surface pro. Either the video will start and app crashes, or the video will not start at all. Please fix.

Can't use. Every time I try to play any video, the app crashes back to start screen.

This is a bum application. It continuously force closes itself. I strongly suggest that you people fix the quality of this app!!!!!!!

Does not load any videos.

I don't think it's the fault of my personal computer since other apps work fine, but this app tries to load, but then freezes and crashes I haven't been able to watch a single video because of this. I could see the interface though, and it's not too attractive. The bottom scrollbar is a fourth of the way up the screen. It looks like a cute idea, and I'm sure if this app would actually work for me that I would enjoy it, but I'm going to have to uninstall it because all it is doing right now is taking up computer space without giving anything back.
