Most of what I use this for is monitoring uptime of my servers, and a remote WoL for my desktop.

Works well in Win 8.1 environment, and is a solid easy to use program - huge plus if you have multiple systems being monitored.

App recycling, Windows Updates, and Hyper-V guest management - HUGE. All from my phone, tablet, desktop anywhere. One of my most utilized apps. Well worth the price. Currently monitor 13 servers and many server-based apps with this tool.

I use PC Monitor to keep track of my home network. I was using the free version until recently one of my fans went out and my drives where over heating. The alerts I had in place let me know and crisis averted. I decided to buy the Pro version and give back a little since it saved me a couple of hundred if I had to replace the drives. By far PC Monitor is the best monitoring app that works on mobile devices and now Windows!!! As a Server Administrator I can monitor my servers on the go. :)

GREAT APP! Has helped me out of network problems many times already! Extremely helpful. Doesn't rely on Exchange Server for connection so that's great. Get instant notifications when problems arise.

I see remote desktop feature but can't access it for free.

I understand you're trying to make the app more useful by asking to make an account and access the system info from server, but all I'm looking for is a basic app that can show system info on a tile locally. I don't have time do all that

I was blown away when I set this up. Use it for personal use, so free account is enough. Can't believe the functionally in a freebie. Just about every detail on monitored hosts, ability to uninstall software, use chat, lock, shut down and reboot - Great stuff!

I'm not sure why I need to create an account to monitor my own computers? Uninstalled as this requirement was not explained and could not use the app without creating an account.

You install the app, then it wants you to create an account - then it tells you do not have the monitoring agent install, and tells you to go to their website to download it -Really!
