This is not so much of a photo taking app, but a photo editing app. It gives you tools to blur specific areas of your photo, crop your photo, and apply one of twelve filters like b/w, blurring everything, darkening/lightening, inverting, etc. I had no lag, but I'm using a laptop with an Intel processor. Suggestions to change: Allow to click/tap anywhere on the cropping dot to crop by corner. Add more, crazy filters like warp, replace with radical colors, etc. Add a quick tutorial for helping.

this app runs too slow on my surface

I tried on a couple of pictures and the performance are completely unacceptable. With one of the pictures I had to shut down the app, since the preprocessing message wasn't going away. I gave 3 stars because the UI is nice. I particularly like the preview gallery of the effect, which represent remarkably well what the picture will look like after applying the filter.
