It doesn't work on my pc. recognized the DVD but indicated that the app couldn't play it. I want a refund

I don't really use the player all too often, as a lot of my video files aren't mkv. But for the times I do use it, and the movies I do watch on it, the app never fails and is easy to use. Overall, no complaints here

Discounted price tag for a discount/cheap app. I try and load the .mkv file and nothing happens. Complete ripoff and a waste of money.
