keep crashing, this app work great on android, what cost so hard to work on MS?

I use the same Qloud Server instance with Android, Windows Phone and Windows 8.1 client apps (paid versions on every platform). Android and Windows Phone clients work great but the current Windows 8.1 client crashes on movie load of large files 3GB or larger (same movie works fine on Qloud Android and Qloud Windows Phone). Please fix this ASAP.

I get constant media stream crashes while my phone suffers no such error when I try the same files there. I want my money back or an update to fix this semi-functional program

Not as polished as the android version but it does what I need it to. Had minor hiccup going from trial to paid version but doing an update seemed to fix the issue. Update: not sure if it's just a pro only issue but when watching a video the surface will go into standby if I don't touch the screen every so often.

Finally. RT version are supported. I bought WP and RT version. Please keep upgrading the software and make it better and better!
