The app does not update when moving through different areas of town. Also, it would be nice to have google maps integrated with the app since google maps is far more advanced. I prefer the interface of this app on the iPad (I don't have an iPad anymore) I hope the developer can mimic the interface from iOS to Microsoft.

I suggest that you just use realtor.com in your web browser rather then waste your time with this app. :( I really, REALLY wanted to like this app, but it is so frustrating to use, that I just can't. No matter what I do to try to change my home or start page, the app keeps setting it as Los Angeles. I don't know why it thinks I want listing in LA every time. It also refuses to save my search parameters and preferences. I've been hoping that it would get updated and fixed, but no such luck.

This app is horrible on the surface pro. if you want to search by circling a location it doesn't search in that area, it just goes back to your location.

It is pretty sad that the app from Realtor does not have updated information and can not find my location. The app is hard to navigate thru, not updated and can't find my location are my top gripes!
