Sepia Camera
Apply sepia effects to any photo from Gallery or new Photos taken from the Camera on the device. Sepia Camera lets you apply Sepia effects like Red Tone, Blue Tone, Green Tone, No Red, No Green and No Blue. You can also change the color depth using a slider control.

though this app is very basic and a little slow to update my changes to pictures that I'm editing, this is a good addition to my fotor app on my windows 8 pc.
