Sleep Timer

Finally in Metro. With Sleep Timer you can calculate the right length of sleep. There is huge difference about how we feel after waking up depending on the stage we are in at the moment. We feel most refreshed waking up at the end of the cycle, whereas if the alarm clock wakes us up from deep sleep, we may feel groggy and not well rested, no matter how long we slept.

I pull this app up when I am too tired to think. Waking up at 1.5 hr intervals really works.

I've completely changed my lave thanks to this simple little tool! It does all it needs to, and nothing more :3 The scrolling's a little wonky, but since there's not much to scroll through, I can easily deal with it.

Was hoping to find an app similar to the iPhone app Sleep Cycle that actually measures your sleep level and wakes you up when you are in RIM cycle within 20 minutes of your scheduled wake up time. That's a fantastic app and I'm hoping there is a replacement available when I switch to a Windows 8 Phone. It's the app I use most frequently and will miss the most if not replaced.
