I downloaded your program because I assumed it would make things easier. Now, I cannot even get into my own documents or pictures. It keeps saying that my password is wrong. I reset it and it tells me the same thing. Contact me and help me to consistently access it or tell me how to uninstalling it from windows 8.1. Thanks 910 339-4349

all I wanted was to open an .eml file on win8.1. I have sent the file to my printer 5 times but nothing is in the queue!! where did it go? how can I just open an 'eml file? guess I'll try another freeware option as this is vry frustrating!@@%#$^

There are a lot of steps to actually get this thing working but once you do it works great. One annoying thing is that my computer now chooses this program as a default which means when I want to open a file to modify it I actually end up printing it instead. Not sure how to change that. Good luck.
