You can track time using start and stop times, duration, and/or timers. All time entries are tracked for a single day, so time entries cannot be greater than 24 hours. It will allow you to time across days, for example if you start a job at 8 p.m. and finish at 2 a.m., it will have a duration of 6 hours. Expenses can be setup for recurring fixed cost items, such as burning a CD, reimbursement of hardware items, or fluid things such as toll expenses, automobile mileage, etc. Quick reporting can be done on the device with the Reports function. The report can be emailed in an HTML and/or CSV format. Adding new Clients, Projects, Tasks and Expenditures is super easy. You can create them on the fly without having to navigate to a separate maintenance screen. To edit them you can tap on Setup, do you edit and then return to where you left off in Time Entries or Expenses. By selecting a Project or Task first will automatically fill in the Client field for quick entry. I bought this application in the hopes it would satisfy my needs. Perhaps I received a defective product, however, the application did not even remotely behave as described. There were absolutely no menus available to assist with navigation, which would have been helpful. When the application opens, you find yourself on a blank time entry screen. I made over 5 attempts to enter a client name, but each time the application refused to save the data. Same problem with entering my hourly rate. It wouldn't save the data. When I clicked on the "Reports" button, I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to get back to the prior screen. As I said, there were no menus or other help function that might have offered a clue. In complete frustration, I uninstalled the application 1 hour after purchasing it. If you are looking for an application that has some type of logic behind it and uses some form of intuitive user interface, you should look elsewhere.

I have been a Time Master user for the past 3 years on the IOS platform. The software has made it easy to track my time and bill utilizing the integrated invoicing module. My one big wish was having Time Master on my PC. Thankfully my wish was granted by the team at Time Master. This program is invaluable for anyone that needs to track their time and expenses. The program is user friendly and support for their team has been timely and helpful. I highly recommend Time Master!

None of the drop down fields are changeable. Can no longer export a report. Is not working after multiple restarts including computer restart. Not user error!

I use the invoicing module and don't think I could ask for much more for my needs. I a sole-proprietor who has to invoice for work I do by the hour and this app tracks my hours worked and allows me to invoice and track payments and apply those payments to specific invoices. I'm very happy with it.

My calendar picker is still wrong. More importantly, I can't create invoices from the Windows app. This program is hardly useful without it.

Really like this app for keeping track of my time. I almost always have two timers going to track my per project/task time as well as total time at the office. I like the format of Client, Project, Task and use the Categories same as Classes in QuickBooks. The transfer to QuickBooks is easily done manually by utilizing the Reported/Not Reported checkoff.

I have used this on iOS in the past and loved it then. Works great here too. I had a couple little issues when first starting to use it and the support has been great. They have fixed the issues about as quickly as humanly possible.

Certainly the standard in time tracking and invoicing for IOS. I recently purchased a windows 8 tablet to replace my Ipad and this was the part that was not working well for me. With the release of this software to the Windows platform, all is well with the universe! Look no further if you need simple but powerful time tracking and invoicing system.
