Tried to locate some hotels and the app crashed on me every time. After five attempts, I uninstalled it. Best just to go to the website in Firefox.

I couldn't get the app to let me sign in or click in any of the boxes. I haven't had any issues with the mobile version.

I downloaded this app hoping to read reviews and suggestions of places to travel to. While reading a review, my WiFi connection was disconnected. Imagine my surprise when a big banner shows up saying this app cannot be used without an internet connection pops up. You literally cannot even continue reading what is on the screen already because of this. I understand not being able to navigate the app or do more searches; you obviously need to be online for that. But not being able to just read an already loaded review? Ridiculous.

This App has a lot of effort behind it from the beauty of the layout and included pictures to the ease of use and style. To be expected from a premium brand like TripAdvisor
