Black screen nothing at all

Installed on my Windows Surface and all it did id show a black screen. Went into setting and nothing. Just a big waste of time. This app should be pulled from the App Store it is just taking up space and confusing other legitimate apps.

I have tried it on two different computers and all I get is a black screen. No program opens at all. I've seen this happening for others but didn't see a fix. I've reached out to support to see if they can either fix it or refund my money...we'll see.
