Even when you have bought and paid for this game you CANNOT unlock the full version! What a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

I love playing Virtual City, tried to order the full version and it wouldn't unlock. just playing the trial version over and over again.

Van a pagar la versión completa y no van a poder desbloquearlo nunca. Es una total estafa de G5 y la Tienda de Windows. Yo tengo más de un año que compré algunos de estos juegos y casi dos meces que me dicen que están arreglando el problema sin resultados. Cuando abren el juego pueden jugar la prueba, pero si quieren desbloquear les dice que no están conectados a Internet, pero si hacen clic para comprar otros juegos o para poner una calificación se conectan sin problemas. NO COMPREN JUEGOS DE G5!!!!

HOWEVER NOT THE BEST HD..TO STRETCHED OUT ON SCREEN HARD TO SEE.

A good City simulation game. You do need to micro manage.

Don't buy the full version. You'll never be able to unlock it. The Windows Store is running quite the scam! Too bad; I really liked the game. 😒

I purchased the full game and it won't let me update it from the trial. I should have read the reviews before buying. Ridiculous.

Great game

Gives initial tutorial. But hard to figure out how to implement subsequent steps. Took me a minute to determine I had to reroute trucks to accomplish later goals on same turn. There is no challenge, no lime limits. BORING! I got this game with a gift card. Glad I didn't spend money I earned.

I too fell for this purchase on Oct. 31st and just as others state, you CANNOT unlock this game. Tried a reinstall and syncing licenses but those didn't work. G5 states that it's not their problem if app is bought through the Windows Store and I looked for info on the problem but haven't as of yet found any help nor have I bothered to contact Windows Store. I see no point if they aren't helping others .. guess I'm out a few bucks on this one.

Paid for full version but will not unlock. I want my money back!

I only received a second copy of the free version. If I click the button to unlock the game, it tells me that I can't connect to Windows Store because I am not connected to the Internet. I tried several times over the last two days.

Paid for full app. When I start it, it gives option to 'unlock' but when I push that button it tells me I'm not connected to internet. MS gave me runaround passing me to 4 different support reps none of whom could or would do either thing which would satisfy me which is make it work or give me my money back. Developer totally unhelpful saying it is a windows store issue and basically not their problem that I can't play the game I just bought from them. If you're thinking f buying this game, don't. Pay attention to the number of people who have found helpful the review similar to this one but less detailed where the guy says he paid but the game wouldn't upgrade from trial to full.... wish I would have seen that THE MAJORITY of people who commented on a review said they found that review helpful.... presumably after having lost their money too.

best game ever.

You make it in several levels and then you have to pay to unlock. I enjoyed the free version b/c it was simple but fun. Don't know if I'd pay for it, though.

went through the tutorial was fun. paid for the game but everytime I try to unlock it the game tells me im offline I even tried to pay the 7 bucks or whatever it was again but it tells me I already paid now im stuck paid but cant play customer support and contact me at scottdianerobert@centurylink.net
