Like so many half-baked Windows Store Apps, this app could be better. If you want more details for a listing, it must open your web browser. Overall, the app is slow.

Just downloaded this app. It lacks the top menu used at the regular website and iPhone app. Pretty cumbersome, kinda Microsoft like in general - half way there...

Add an option to save/edit favorites and I will give 5 stars...also add a price sort (highest to lowest/lowest to hghest for lit of homes after filters are applied.

Not sure what's wrong with that app. Saved searches for rent show wrong values here e.g. 1400$-2000$ defined in my searches via the Website in Zillow shows up as 360k-640k in this Windows App. When I change the values a bit lets say 1500, it also changes those 100k$ values. Somehow, the app does not process the values from the account correctly. Other people reporting similar issues, so it seems a general issue. ZILLOW ... PLEASE FIX THIS!!

The interface is better than most, but there are two things wrong: 1) Real estate agents have figured out how to spam advertisements onto the map. For instance, I will click on a red dot for sale icon, and it will be for a new development that is nowhere near that location. It is definitely being done on purpose. 2) Agents are able to hide whether the house has oil heat by leaving the item blank. No one wants oil heat. If it is gas heat, which people want, it is always included. I have to, however, go to another website to confirm the kind of heat the house has. (Again, if the type of heat is "other," it is usually oil heat.)

Only used this about 30 minutes so far but this app is very nice so far. Good filtering and map interface.
