When I click on my magazine to open it I get the message "Adobe Flash has crashed" that's it no help, nothing else. How am I supposed to fix this??? Searching your "un"-knowledgebase on "flash crash", "adobe flash" or "crash" produces no results!!!

Efficiently and effectively for us in prior incarnations. Ease of use features encouraged multiple projects. Looking forward to any new modalities.

Zinio has managed to take a mediocre program to new lows. The latest version absolutely sucks. Can't get to most of my magazines and is totally non-intuitive. I've used this service for years and now I'm totally done with it despite the massive investment in magazines that can only be read on their program.

I was forced to read PC World via digital app. This is the one the publisher used. worked for a short while. I started it on an old Kindle, all of a sudden they up graded to enhanced version, no longer works on the Kindle, CPU wrong version. Was forced to go to Android (had to spend over $200 on new device). Worked for under 1 month then an up grade (9/15/15) occurred, now no longer can use the app. Looking at reviews many other have the same problem. Support said (9/18/15) there was a fix, installed it and still does not work. Then went to my Win 8.1 machine and installed, there it will not even get to sign on screen. Wish I could read it with another tool.

The Windows 8 version of the Zinio ap is archaically designed as it requires an active WIFI connection to allow access to magazines and publications I previously downloaded. I don't have this problem with my Android devices and friends don't have this problem with iOS devices. Per the zinio help page regarding download and viewing using the Win 8 ap, "If you know you will not have an internet connection please ensure you don’t sign out of the Zinio Win8 App as you need an internet connection to sign in and read your downloaded publications." This means I have to keep the computer running for days! Constant wifi is needed I refer to older articles and sometimes re-read articles. I purchased these magazines and have the right to do this; When and where I want to read the articles! Note that there is only "live chat" and email customer support. Nowhere does zinio offer a phone number for support or to escalate a problem. zinio does a good job to insulate itself from it's customers.

Very unpleasant to use on a 1920x1080 screen as the print is blury due to low resolution of the magazines. I have to zoom in on every page to read text.

The lack of ability to zoom, and to download for offline reading, has made this app nearly worthless for me.

I can't create a new signon account, 'there is a system failure'. This is so sad when Microsoft rushes to fill the app store with such poor quality apps.

I've seen this app in action on friend's iPads so thought it would be a great addition to the apps on my Windows. There is no way to zoom in and out to make it easier to read on the desktop app and movements between pages and magazines is just not fluid. I would have loved to like this app more but I just can't and won't. I'll definitely be looking for an alternative app and if one does not exist. But be sure I'll abandon this app all together.

My Cycle World has many of the pages come up zoomed out & it cuts off the pic or text. Gray font on white? What happened to the text only option that you could click? It's too hard to read with enjoyment.

Stunningly lazy company that has a known (for months) issue with being able to sign in under windows 8.1 on the Surface Pro 3 - solution using Zinio 4 - ok, so go to a reader not designed for touch that uses all sorts of artificial controls to navigate their e-zine. Unmittigatingly lazy

The ideas are all there, but magazine after magazine fails to properly load after ten pages or so when you are offline no matter how many times they are 'downloaded'. Far too many articles have been left half read. Hope this one gets the updates it needs as it is a travel hounds dream app. May 2015 update- even more delays and problems with accessing content. Win 8.1 on Lenovo ThinkPad 2.

I've had the Zinio app on iOS. I've had it on Android. And now I've had enough of their BS on Windows... Where do I begin? Takes waaaaay to long just to load the damn thing (literally takes longer to load Zinio than it does to start my computer from shutdown. It will tell you that it finished downloading a magazine but when you open it, only a couple of the pages will show up as it's "processing" but after minutes, none of the other pages show up so I have to delete the mag from my device and attempt downloading it again. I am convinced that I could run to the nearest store that still carries magazines, buy the mags I want and read them before I can successfully do the same thing on their POS app...

Zinio has a great selection of digital magazines, and I love that it's available on Windows and IOS. Unfortunately, I regularly experience issues when trying to read magazines offline on the airplane. Despite downloading fully in advance, and checking the downloads, virtually every time I get on a plane and try to read a magazine, I get errors on pages which results in a third of the magazine pages being black. I am very disappointed and frustrated that the app doesn't work well offline on either Windows or IOS.

The search engine often returns 'no matching results' but the magazines are there and if you keep searching for the same word, sooner or later will pop up... LOL Add a serch by country filter, please: trending and staff picks are useless if compared to a results by country!

Good except the next page button disappears for a seconds flashing.

Haven't purchased anything from it yet but likely won't. The app needs work when I choose a certain section like "Men's" magazines it will put up something completely different. This app is too inconsistent. if they get their act together it has potential otherwise avoid.

This app completely fails to do its purpose. You can read the articles, but the resolution is awful. It fails to use the resolution provided by your hardware.

Ok, update... Uninstall the version from the Microsoft store. Go to: http://imgs.zinio.com/faq/zr4.htm#manualinstall Click the links and install: 1. Download and install Adobe AIR by clicking here. 2. Save the Zinio Reader 4 installation file by clicking here. 3. Run the installation file. Doing this will work on your Surface. I hate to be so blunt, but absolutely no thanks to Zinio or to MS on this one.... Go to sign in, every time you click the pw field the app locks up, restarts, and nothing.... uninstalling..., 3 weeks later, still no working app, uninstall and reinstall, had no choice but to leave it at uninstall... Months later, uninstall, reinstall, disable firewall, disable smart screen, turn off uac, etch... and still nothing. Talked to Zinio, the only thing less helpful would have been to not even respond. Can't say I'll ever recommend this app to anyone...

Ok so far. lot of preloaded ads and stuff that I don't want or need. Mouse pad will take some getting use to. seems temperamental at times.

Requires constant internet connection and even then takes a long time to load pages. Even then it does not load all of the pages.

Starting Zinio on W8.1 has the app immediately trying to connect with home, independent whether one is WiFi connected or not - hence, offline reading takes way too long until finally the library view appears - and then mostly with at least some if not all issues missing the thumbnails of the Magazine's front pages - HELLO!!! If no WiFi connection is present, the unit should instantly bring up your saved library with at least 16 magazine covers showing on the screen, similar to iPad. Strangely, most magazines show real blurry on full page view in W8.1, but not so on iOS!??!! Zion says to zoom in to get clear text. I care less for such annoying advise to circumvent this blurriness, or technical explanations why it is so under W8.1; JUST FIX IT! And while we are at it, why does the app not remember where I was in the library when I return from an opened magazine. It always goes back to try to establish a home connection before landing back at the top of the library. ANNOYING!!!!

No provision to log in? Mind boggling. Can't then read items from public library that should appear here. Absolutely ridiculous.

the 2.5 stars says it all. this product has gone down hill. I now use my old pc, win 7, to view my magazines. I'm looking for an alternative app. Unfortunately, I have 5 years of magazines stored on my laptop. Bye Zinio.
